Apple expects the best. Even when it comes to their own facility and the employees who use them.
I was honored to be tapped to present and push the UX on the infinity loop building. So that I did. Interviewing many employees and doing research on all the existing systems I was able to narrow the integration points and simplify the endpoints.




First Principles thinking allowed me to convince 12 groups to work together and make one site that is a single page application that adapts to the User's needs.

Location context became the driver for most first steps...
