Samsung wanted to connect to their employees everyday in a more passive way.

What better way to do this than to create a social network that is overlayed with useful sales and training content! That is exactly what I proposed... This project was researched with their FMRs ( their lead sales trainers ) with the intent to connect the Samsung community of representatives. 
Each step taken through out the process was very specific in nature. Making sure that the application could be used in chunks as well as updated with fresh content and useful training. The web platform would allow for on the go training of videos and quizes to test product knowledge. 
Each section allowed for gamification with bonus rounds and badges. The training pyramid was constructed to allow for people to like to train the chance to learn but also the people who like share ideas and tips the opportunity to be a social butterfly.
